Last week we had the privilege of working with Jules D’Oca, an international face-to-face fundraising expert and training & development specialist. Through his work with diDo F2F Training, Jules has spent over two decades helping charities and fundraising teams across the UK, Europe, Australia, North America and beyond to sharpen their outreach, storytelling and donor engagement skills.

During his visit with Emerald Fundraising in Dublin, he led inspirational workshops and joined our team in the field, challenging us to raise our standards, deepen our impact and refine our real-world donor conversations. We left not only with new techniques, but with renewed belief in what we can achieve - and a powerful reminder that fundraising is more than sign-ups: it’s about genuine connections, meaningful stories and long-term partnerships with supporters.
