We are a face-to-face agency headquartered in Dublin that operates fundraising teams in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.

We aim for genuine partnership – the look and feel of an in-house team.

Emerald Fundraising was launched in 2024 to provide leading nonprofit organizations with consistent and reliable income streams through high-quality regular giving campaigns. With a strong focus on staff training and development, donor engagement, welcome calling, and innovation at every level, we guarantee our partner charities the best possible return on investment through street, shopping centers, door-to-door, and telephone fundraising campaigns.

At Emerald Fundraising, our mission is to provide the best possible service to Irish charities in securing long-term, quality donors. We also aim to provide meaningful careers to passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our management team includes leaders from North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as a range of ages, with leaders in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s.

The heart of Emerald Fundraising. With more than twenty years of face-to-face fundraising expertise, from starting as a street fundraiser, team leader and manager for a large agency in the U.K. to supporting fundraising in over 60 countries worldwide, whilst working as Oxfam International’s International Face To Face Specialist and SOS Children’s Villages International’s Global F2F Fundraising Advisor.
