Emerald Fundraising was launched in 2024 to provide leading nonprofit organizations with consistent and reliable income streams through high-quality regular giving campaigns. Emerald fundraisers in Ireland start at €18/hour for a 35 hour working week + daily quality-related bonuses.
In your interview we will describe the different charity campaigns we currently have and aim to match you with a charity that aligns with your values.
You will receive full fundraiser training and charity training before your first day in the field. The teams meet twice a week in the office for further morning trainings that can include pitch training, objection handling training, further charity training and skills-based training in all areas of fundraising, team leading and campaign management.
Successful and consistent fundraisers can get promoted to team leader positions, senior team leader positions and campaign managers. Campaign managers have opportunities to be promoted to city director positions, consultancy opportunities supporting international growth or given the opportunity to open their own agency as a subcontractor partner. There are also opportunities to work in telephone fundraising and business support.
We are currently recruiting in Dublin, Cork, Drogheda and Belfast.
